OUR CONCEPT

At Alma Gaúcha we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.
